What is SKOG?
SKOG is a planned garden bathhouse inspired by Scandinavian bathing culture. We’re creating an immersive experience with communal sauna, cold plunge, social connection and outdoor space to unwind, on your own or with friends.
Where will the first bathhouse be?
We are developing our first garden bathhouse in the Hertfordshire / Essex area. The exact location and opening date will be shared once confirmed. Join the list to follow our progress.
What does joining the founding members list mean?
It means you would like to hear about SKOG before we open. Tell us whether you are interested in visits, membership or both, and we will send relevant launch news and membership details when they are ready. Joining does not purchase or guarantee a membership.
Are memberships on sale yet?
Not yet. Membership options, prices and any founding offers will be announced ahead of opening. Joining the list is free, with no deposit or commitment.
Can I visit without a membership?
We are planning individual visits as well as memberships. Select “Individual visits” or “Both” when you register so we know what you would like to hear about.
Do I need to have used a sauna or cold plunge before?
No previous experience is needed. We are planning a welcoming space for newcomers and regular sauna visitors, with room to go at your own pace. Session guidance, accessibility information and health considerations will be shared before bookings open.
